My name is Antonio Sanchez and I offer three very pretty suites within my own converted house in Anzures in the hidden secret location in Mexico City: Colonia Anzures. Since 2020 the suites have been in Airbnb only but now they can be booked directly through our own booking engine Smoobu.

Booking Procedure:
1- Using the booking facility in this page, check availability in the calendar, select the available dates and as soon as the request is send please follow the i
2- To verify the above we will request potential guests to contact us through Airbnb with a short query about one of our listings, which will allow both parties to see each other ratings and postive comments. To stablish contact within Airbnb with me please follow the link below, sign in your Airbnb account and send a brief query simply asking: Is there a Terrace in the house? No mre to do. Afterwards, we send me an email to SuitesAnzuresBandB@gmail.com or a Whatsapp Message to 00525555555555
3- After agreeing your booking request we will request a deposit of 50% of bookings of 5 days or more or a full paymentsof less than 5 days. The booking price is the meant to be deposited in our account after transfers commissions. We recomend the use of Wise.com when available as it ensures a fast low cost payment. If this is not possible we will explore other options available from your country.
4- Dates will be block for 48 hours only after booking is accepted in order to process payment. If not payment is received the dates will unblocked and there is a risk the dates are booked by other people.
5- The final booking approval is subject to receiving PDF Copies of the full names of guests and copies of their passports and proof of address in thier countries.
