I dont have very strict house rules as I want guests to feel confrotable, like at home as much as possible. My rules are based mainly on reasonbleness and are as follows:

The house is meant to be a quiet space and I expect guests not to make much noise after 11:PM

There is no problem inviting friends or family for sporadic small gatherings duting the day or evenings until 11:00 PM, but parties as such are not allowed.

Guestscan  get in and out any time of day or nigh without restrictions using the main door code as long as this is done quetly at night or ealy evening

The whole house is not smoking except in the roof terrace.

I try to be as flexible as possible regardeing checck out times, either the preset or an agreeed one, and I do appreciate they are followed.

When leaving the place I only request guests to leave it in reasobly cleaningness and good order. We will take care of the  cleaning and of any last  rubish bags or recicables that were not taken to the rubish containers that we have but that purpose in the house.
